The Physio-led Clinical Pilates classes are designed to provide the personalised attention you need to achieve your health goals. With a maximum of four people per group, our Physiotherapists ensure that each person receives an individualised exercise program tailored to their unique needs.

We believe in empowering our clients with knowledge and skills. During our sessions, you'll learn how to perform exercises correctly and safely, understand the rationale behind each movement, and track your progress. This empowerment is key to maintaining motivation and achieving lasting results.
Group Classes
Our group sessions aim to provide clients with a sense of belonging and companionship. Each session is approximately 60 minutes in duration and varies to suit the fitness and capability levels of the class.
