Meet Hayley

Founder, Accredited Exercise Physiologist

BACKGROUND

Hayley is a lover of movement, a dancer, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a Pilates enthusiast.

Hayley’s mission is to share her love for movement as well as its healing benefits, with people who live with complex neurological conditions and chronic health conditions.

Hayley’s love for movement stemmed from a lifetime of dance. This saw her live her dream as a professional contemporary dancer working both internationally (Royal Caribbean International) and within Australia (Yellowwheel, Legs on the Wall and Catapult Dance).  Dance is also what led Hayley to the Pilates movement system to condition her body and prevent injury and she has practiced in the method since she was 17 years old.

Hayley has gained experience in implementing NeuroPilates programs with people living with a range of complex neurological conditions, with incredible functional benefits. Some conditions include; SCI, MS, PD, TBI, CP, CMT, MND and FND.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Hayley can be found in the ocean or cherishing time with her beautiful children, husband and pups.

QUALIFICATIONS

Hayley has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (University of Newcastle), a Diploma in Pilates (Tensegrity Training), a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Charles Sturt University) and a level 1 Zebrafish Neuro Framework for Recover SCI course.

Meet Liz

Physiotherapist

BACKGROUND

Liz Pearson is a deeply experienced coach, physiotherapist, and wellness educator who brings over 25 years of clinical, leadership, and movement-based experience to everything she does.

A registered coach, rehabilitation Pilates instructor, and trauma-informed yoga therapist, Liz blends science with soul to guide individuals and organisations toward healing, growth, and sustainable wellbeing.

Whether teaching Pilates, doing a yoga therapy session, physio or health coaching, Liz invites those she works with to show up fully - as they are, and explore with curiosity rather than judgment. She sees every session as an opportunity to unlock self-awareness, tap into resilience, and reconnect with the body’s innate capacity to heal.

With firsthand experience navigating a functional neurological disorder (FND) since 2016, Liz teaches and leads from a place of lived empathy and practical wisdom. She integrates daily and seasonal rhythms, subtle energy awareness, and trauma-informed practices into her work, creating spaces that feel both grounded and transformative.

Above all, Liz is a connector of people, ideas, and possibilities, helping others move from burnout to balance, from complexity to clarity, and from disconnection to deep presence.
